Marek Has been practicing the art of Tai Chi, Yang and Chen Peng Lin Styles, Chi Gong and Meditation since 1980. He has been practicing with Master Wang Fu Lai and Grandmaster Fong Ha. He holds the rank of 5th DAN in Aikikai Aikido. He is the founder of the DOJO BAHRIM school of soft Martial Arts since 1990
